| Any sufficiently skilled thief is well aware that one of the |
| quickest and most certain ways to disable an opponent is to obscure |
| their vision... the more painfully, the better. By using this skill |
| a thief flings a carefully prepared packet of powder into the face |
| of an opponent. Several varieties of these packets exist, each |
| painstakingly engineered to damage the eyes to the greatest extent |
| possible. |
