Description

Basic description

This is a glass vial, filled with a muddy brown fluid. When consumed it does nothing but taste horrible. Generally employed as a tool of arcane hooligans or pranksters, such a phial can be magically ignited to damage anything in the vicinity. Often used to vandalize buildings, the blast is more than capable of damaging living creatures within the blast radius. It is exceptionally difficult to detonate it from a 'safe distance'.
