Dwarves stand stout about four-feet tall and boast stocky bodies, heavy and thick with muscles. Indeed, dwarven women carry enough brawn to outmuscle most men of other races. Dwarven men prefer to keep thick beards that cover much of their face, and they wear it kempt or unkempt, braided or wild, as a sign of expression.

Wisdom of the dwarves runs deep, and they pass their knowledge from parent to child to continue customs steeped in tradition. It is in this way, dwarves embed their knowledge within each generation and cleave their stories into the realm.

Commentary

There is possibly a typo/red herring here in that dwarves have started with high wisdom since the beginning of the "A3" incarnation, but their description has existed for far, far longer.
