A dimminuitive folk. A jovial folk. The nose, eyes, and ears of most waeccans appears slender and sharp. Their hair may flatten or curl in colors from auburn to flaxen. Tricksy as a pixie. Kinfolk to michief. Waeccans find themselves even more lucky and clever than quick.

Tiny forms and puckish minds have led many waeccans to places of wonder or horror. A penchant for fun, and a lust to explore, waeccans often hold a reputation as pilferers in the realm. However, their curiosity about people often leads them to give as much as they take.
