| With this incredible feat of manual dexterity, the thief appears to |
| be handing the victim a certain amount of a type of coin, but in the |
| process skims some of it back into his or her own purse. The |
| percentage of coin the thief can skim is equal to their theft skill, |
| plus 10 %. There is a chance of failure, of course, which depends |
| upon guild level and skill among other factors. |

| Example: skim 100 falcon by 50 to pulsar |

| This would appear to give 100 falcon to Pulsar, though actually only |
| give 50. Of course, for a factor of 50, you would have to be a |
| master thief! |
