|  Until an aspiring young assassin develops a reliable network of      |
|  spies and informants, he or she remains at the mercy of other,       |
|  potentially less trustworthy sources for information on the          |
|  whereabouts of a mark.  Having developed such a network, however,    |
|  the game changes entirely, and the assassin may call upon an         |
|  inconspicuous young street-dweller to search the realm directly on   |
|  his or her behalf.                                                   |
|                                                                       |
|  However, note that trusting an underling always bears risks: a small |
|  child, however intelligent, sometimes lacks the subtlety and         |
|  discretion of a more experienced thief.                              |
