Guild Level: 2 SP Cost: 10 spell points + glevel Skill: Psychokinesis Syntax: mindflare <target> This simple attack focuses a psychokinetic burst into the target, damaging and possibly staggering your opponent.
Commentary
Mindflare has the potential to stun the target for a round or two. In some instances, Mindflare will work as a stun were mindfang doesn't (e.g. surgeon). There is no cooldown for Mindflare.
