Most elemental magi find that their purpose is better served by offering others protection from various elements, but at times, a demonstration of power is warranted.  An elemental hex corrupts a person's aura, making them more sensitive to a specific element.  In addition, it may also have other effects depending on both the chosen element and the caster's skill.

Failure of this rite results in its opposite being cast, though you still initiate combat with your intended victim.
