Mezzian, Master Necromancer

Upon noticing you, this tall, robed figure leers at you menacingly. Part of his face is hidden by the shadow cast by the hood of his black robe. The visible half of his face is ghost white and decorated with countless wrinkles. His robe is embroidered with many arcane symbols resembling large eyes.
