Basic Description

This is a heavy gold ring set with three brilliant-cut sapphires of the deepest blue.  There is an inscription on the inside of the ring.  With your magical sight, you observe a complex spell of great power bound up within it.

As you remove the ring, the lines of force withdraw from your body, leaving you weaker.
