Basic Description

The instructions on the scroll explain how to etch powerful runes into a weapon, imbuing it with the heat and power of white-hot flames.  There is, however, a chance the weapon will not survive the enchantment, and only edged weapons may hold the runes.  If you wish to take the risk, you may <carve rune in X>.
