Prowess (Paladin Specialization)
- Zeal - No bonus from specialization.
- Blitz - More damage, higher chance to stun.
- Defend - Can take more damage before falling.
- Avatar - Longer duration? More damage/healing.
This is a common specialization but has a simple problem. Much of the abilities are capped, or offer very little bonus. Zeal cannot last longer than 30 rounds, which is obtained by getting 60 prowess skill. Which means it caps even for non specialists. Blitz adds damage, but very little. The higher stun chance is very useful however, as it can be used to fill warcry gaps more effectively. However, at 36 a non specialist's will still stun often enough to make the difference minimal. Defend absorption % is static, and only the duration is effected by this specialization. Avatar does get a bonus, but at a steep cost isn't a commonly used spell in many situations.
This specialization is not one I'd suggest unless you only wish to speed up leveling.
